If you are entering a trade agreement with us, will ask you to provide details via New Customer Form. We request to collect personal information from you, including your name and contact information, and your interactions with us. In this instance, we may share this information with a credit agency if needed in order to obtain any outstanding credit balances from fees owed to us for services and products IBGNZ Limited has provided to you or the company/organisation you are acting on behalf of. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter all compulsory fields on the above-mentioned form marked with an asterisk, we will be unable to open a credit account for you and provide our services to the best of our ability.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely and only allowing our trusted employees to access it.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us.
